    evening hosted to replace the usual Friday drinks;
  • Dedicated
    coronavirus Vitality GP helpline offered through our health insurance provider;
  • WAS Cooks chat:
    lunchtime virtual tours and cookery sessions;
  • Creating Bots to
    facilitate virtual new started inductions;
  • Sharing desk/WFH
    set-ups, tips and best practices;
  • Mental health,
    wellbeing and fitness advice and positive messages shared daily.

  • Weekly virtual meetings to update about the
    current situation;
  • Newsletter called "Working from Home"
    to share tips on how to work more productive from home;
  • Best (free) platforms and online courses to
    continue learning;
  • Created lists of the best podcasts for
    meditation and mindfulness practices;
  • Recommendations for virtual museums and art
    galleries;
  • Sports routines how to train your body and
    mind;
  • We have virtual coffee breaks every two days to
    meet and greet virtually;
  • We have also launched a virtual space where
    employees can auction out their own-created piece of arts which we will later
    use for a "welcome back" after work.

    Help-Line with an external consultant for support and to keep a high spirit;
  • Weekly Yoga
    lessons in the morning and lunch;
  • Mindfulness
    sessions with an external consultant;
  • Gym sessions
    early in the morning;
  • Live-streaming
    Lunch break & after work with colleagues;
  • Post on IG:
    @pandemeal: Everyone to post and reshare delicious meals and sweets prepared by
    the employees at home.
