Requirements

About You

A Senior Strategist who is a brand thinker with a demonstrated understanding of social media and delivering culturally-led strategies that result in effective work for clients. You are comfortable being in a client-facing role, where you are developing creative strategic solutions for client’s business problems and helping them to navigate the rapidly evolving world of marketing and social media. You understand that as the world’s traditional models of advertising continue to be ineffective, social media’s importance in the broader marketing mix becomes ever more significant.

What are we looking for?

Previous creative agency experience in a strategic / planning capacity
Experience leading strategy on big client accounts
Experience proactively managing a team of strategists of varying levels to develop them
A desire to learn and proactively seek and share platform updates, industry news, interesting campaigns
A brand thinker who can think culture first
Presentation Experience
Creative writing skills for effective creative brief writing
Experience working with data (quant and qual.)
