The role

We are looking for a Junior Creative Writer, fluent in both English and Spanish.

You will be part of the Creative Team so you will work hand in hand with art directors and content specialists, for content generation.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Plan, conceptualise and develop content calendars.
  • Ideate and develop social brand activations.
  • Manage social channels of our clients in creative ways.
  • Schedule content and engage our users through original and compelling copies.
  • Be sharp, spot and plan local content opportunities for brands.
  • Interact with the community: response, reaction, resolution of doubts, etc. in a kindly manner.
  • Detect possible problems or crisis situations, reactive opportunities, etc.

We hope you are up to date on the general trends of social media, platforms, and stay informed about the local and global network environments.

Requirements

What are we looking for?

  • Fluent in English. Impeccable writing, grammar and spelling in this language.
  • Experience required: 1 – 1,5 years experience in similar roles. A background in a Creative School and previous internship or junior experience will be positively valued.
  • Someone with previous knowledge conceptualising and creating content, but also publishing, monitoring and engaging with the community.
  • Curiosity to investigate new formats, languages, narratives and resources.
  • Ability to experiment and adapt messages to different audiences and channels with ease.
  • Originality to create new content, or in ways that have not been done before.
  • Someone who is up to date with the digital, social and cultural trends of the market. Being an active user in Social Media is a must!
  • Be an organised person, always looking to optimise your times.
  • Flexibility to work with global environments and with different cultures.
